German expertise in electronic evidence management and cryptocurrencies

At the National Institute of Justice, on November 21-22, 2024, is organized a continuous training course entitled "Management and Assessment of Electronic Evidence. Cryptocurrencies". The training activity is organized in partnership with the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) and is addressed to prosecutors from the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and the Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Cases, criminal investigation officers from the National Anti-Corruption Center, the National Investigation Inspectorate and the Service for Prevention and Combating Money Laundering, as well as judges.

Trainers of the National Institute of Justice improve their facilitation skills in adult learning

On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, the National Institute of Justice started a program for the development of facilitation skills for NIJ trainers, by organizing the first session of a series of seminars dedicated to the methodology of adult training. The initiative is in line with the Institute's objectives of aligning with European standards of excellence in legal training, as well as with the recommendations of the TAIEX mission. The seminar will be replicated in the coming period, thus ensuring the training of the entire body of trainers who teach at the Institute in this area.

Ethics and deontology of magistrates from the perspective of French experts

On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, judges, inspectors-judges and inspectors-prosecutors participated at the seminar "Ethics and deontology of magistrates". The training program was organized by the National Institute of Justice in partnership with the Embassy of the French Republic in the Republic of Moldova and USAID's JARA Project.
