International Relations
In the context of the national judicial system reformation and with the purposes of its integration with the European judicial system, the National Institute of Justice establishes cooperation relations with the similar institutions abroad, relevant European experts and international donor organizations.
The promotion of the image of the National Institute of Justice is performed through entering into agreements, information sharing, organization, coordination and monitoring of the international judicial training activities, organization and implementation of the study visits to the similar institutions abroad.
Bilateral Cooperation:
- Bilateral Cooperation Agreement entered into by the National Institute of Justice and the Justice Academy of Armenia.
- Memorandum of Understanding entered into by the National Institute of Justice and the National School of Magistrates of Ukraine.
- Cooperation Agreement entered into by the National Institute of Justice and the National Academy for Prosecutors of Ukraine.
- Minutes of Cooperation entered into by the National Institute of Justice and the National Institute of Magistrates of Romania.
- Memorandum of Understanding entered into by the National Institute of Justice and Leavitt Institute for International Development from the USA.
- Minutes of Cooperation entered into by the National Institute of Justice and the National School for Court Clerks of Romania.
- “Strengthening Technical Capacities of the National Institutions for the Human Rights Protection and Promotion” NIJ/UNDP Project.
