In the context of promoting the dialogue and interprofessional synergy, the National Institute of Justice and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) organize, between September 26-29, 2022, two trainings with the theme of „ Techniques for presenting the case in court” and „Argumentation and legal writing”. These are being held as part of the Young Legal Professionals Program, following the model of training courses at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) in the US.

In order to raise awareness of the current diversity of ethical concepts and their influence on the law interpretation and the assessment of facts, trainers of the National Institute of Justice attended the seminar "Ethics and judgecraft - the art of being a judge".

Recently, the National Institute of Justice from the Republic of Moldova and the National School of Judges and Prosecutors from the Republic of Poland signed a Collaboration Agreement. The document, signed by the directors of the two institutions – Ecaterina Popa and Darius Pawlyscze establishes a general framework for cooperation in order to achieve the following objectives: organizing training activities in areas of common interest and promoting a quality training of professionals in the legal sector, according to identified needs.

"European standards regarding the protection of national minorities" was the generic of the public lesson held by the judge of the European Court of Human Rights from the Republic of Azerbaijan, Lətif Huseynov. The event took place on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at the National Institute of Justice and were attended by NIJ trainees.
