Ladies and Gentlemen,

on behalf of the organizers I have the honour to invite you to the international working conference from the series "Arbitration and mediation in Central and Eastern Europe and some Asian countries" on the topic:

Arbitrators and Mediators in settling national and international disputes
which will be held on 25 October 2012 in the city of Baku in Azerbaijan
The organizers of the conference are

mso-ansi-language:EN;mso-bidi-font-style:italic;mso-no-proof:yes" xml:lang="EN">The conference will take up among others problems of regulating the status of arbitrators and mediators in particular countries, their relations with parties of disputes and the standing arbitration court, codes of ethics concerning the conduct of arbitrators and mediators, and other specificities of national law regulations concerning arbitrators and mediators in the countries of Europe and Asia.

mso-ansi-language:EN;mso-bidi-font-style:italic;mso-no-proof:yes" xml:lang="EN">The conference is an open event and the participation in it is free. Persons participating in the conference independently cover the costs connected with transport, accommodation and meals in Baku.
Conference date: 25 october 2012. Conference Location: Baku , Grand Europe Hotel Baku. Conference languages are English, Russian and Azerbaijani. Presentations will be translated into English.
There is an opportunity to make a presentation lasting 15 minutes. Those wishing to make a presentation please send the theme of the report and the main points of its content, name, agency contact details: phone number. В ходе конференции будут обсуждаться вопросы национального регулирования статуса арбитров и медиаторов, их отношений со сторонами спора и с постоянным арбитражным судом, кодексы этики поведения арбитров и медиаторов и другие особенности национального права имеющего отношение к арбитрам и медиатором в странах Европы и Азии пригимающих участие в конференции.

Принимающие участие в конференции самостоятельно покрывают расходы связанные с транспортом, проживанием и питанием в Баку.
