You may recall we wrote to you earlier this year to let you know about one of our UK-based study programme “Access to Civil Justice: efficiency, affordability and fairness” which is scheduled to run in London from 1 to 12 October 2012.
This study programme is designed mainly for lawyers, judges, legal administrators and representatives from non-government organisations and funding agencies with an interest in the judicial sector.
The programme will draw substantially upon recent and continuing developments in England and Wales and will also encourage the sharing of ideas and experiences among participants from other jurisdictions. Participants will debate with leading practitioners current topics related to improving the delivery of civil justice and access to the civil justice system and the role of alternative methods of dispute resolution such as mediation and ombudsman services, visit the most important institutions in this field, which are likely to include the Supreme Court, the Royal Courts of Justice, the Tribunals Service, a local Court, an Ombudsman office or mediation agency. Noi vă reamintim ca am scris în adresa dumneavoastră mai devreme, pentru a vă informa despre unul dintre programele noastre de studii - „Accesul la Justiţia Civilă: eficienţă, accesibilitate şi corectitudine”, care va avea loc în Londra, la 1-12 octombrie 2012.
Acest program de studiu este conceput în principal pentru avocaţi, judecători, administratori juridici, reprezentanţi ai organizaţiilor non-guvernamentale şi agenţiile de finanţare, cu interes în sectorul judiciar.
Programul va atrage în mod substanţial evoluţiile recente şi continue din Anglia şi Ţara Galilor, va cuprinde schimbul de idei şi de experienţe între participanţii din alte jurisdicţii. Participanţii vor discuta în domeniul temei menţionate mai sus, legată de îmbunătăţirea justiţiei civile, accesul la sistemul de justiţie şi rolul metodelor alternative de soluţionare a litigiilor, cum ar fi servicii de mediere, Avocatul Poporului. Vor vizita cele mai importante instituţii din acest domeniu - Curtea Supremă de Justiţie, Curţile Regale de Justiţie, Serviciul de tribunale, o instanţă locală, un oficiu al unui Avocat al Poporului sau o agenţie de mediere.
