A group of trainers and staff of the National Institute of Justice participated in a personal development workshop dedicated to quantum learning and creative thinking.
The workshop aimed to familiarize the participants with the new concepts of summative intelligence (QC) and quantum learning (QL), the perspective of multiple intelligences and the way they can apply in the everyday life, the educational transformative-interactive model by networking etc. The training sessions were facilitated by the Romanian expert - Silvia Osman, associate professor, aesthetics doctor, theory, pedagogy and the history of the theater.
During the practical activities, the beneficiaries of the training applied the knowledge acquired in the development of the communication skills and enhanced their emotional and cognitive intelligence. At the same time, each participant has learned the type of intelligence he predominantly uses and the ways to develop other types of latent intelligence for their optimal overall management.
