The Director of the National Institute of Justice, Diana Scobioala, met on Friday, February 12, 2021, with the French Liaison Magistrate in the Republic of Moldova and Romania, Pierre de Monte, accompanied by the assistant Ioana Chiurlea.
During the meeting, Diana Scobioala spoke about the functioning of the institution she leads and, in particular, about the training procedures on the two essential segments: the initial training of the candidates to the positions of judge and prosecutor and the continuous training of judges and prosecutors in office, as well as the training of other categories of specialists. Also, issues related to the continuation of cooperation activities were discussed, including with the National School for the Judiciary of France.
The meeting was also attended by Valentina Conțescu, Head of the Institutional Management Department, Ecaterina Popa, Head of the Training and Research Department, and Tatiana Casian, Head of the International Relations Section.
