From November 29 to December 1, 2023, a group of judges and trainers of the National Institute of Justice participated in a study visit to the Federal Republic of Germany.
The program included training sessions on the application of the Administrative Code and the challenges faced by practitioners in the implementation of legal provisions. Representatives of the Moldovan judiciary also visited the administrative court in Cologne to familiarize themselves with the competences and role of the court in the German judicial system, they attended several court hearings and discussed with the judges of the Tribunal issues related to application of administrative law.
The study visit was organized by the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ).
