At the National Institute of Justice is held the graduation exam for the bailiff trainees. For a month, 25 trainees were enrolled in the initial training for a fee, and today, December 1, 2021, they take the written test which consists of solving a test and a case.
After examining the appeals, once the exam is passed, the young people will receive the graduation certificates.
We mention that, between October 25 and November 25, 2021, the beneficiaries of the course were trained in the following disciplines: The enforcement procedure, the organization of the profession, the professional ethics of the bailiff and aspects of the writing of the documents. The initial training was aimed at training the competent bailiffs to ensure the legal enforcement of the provisions issued by the courts.
