You have acquired here, at USM, which is the first higher education institution with university status established in the Republic of Moldova, solid knowledge, you have developed essential skills and gained confidence in your own ability to address complex legal challenges. I want to encourage you to come to the National Institute of Justice, which is also the first judicial training institution for the professional training of future judges and prosecutors in our country. It seems to me a natural evolution for some of you – to become representatives of a profession, either as a judge or as a prosecutor, which has the power to change people's lives and to influence the direction in which society is developing, especially now that our country has received the status of candidate country for the European Union”.
