For the first time, today, November 29, 2019, at the National Institute of Justice, was held the practical lesson "The use of informational technologies and electronic file management" in which participated students of the third year, the specialty "Jurisprudence", the qualification "Clerk", from "Alexei Mateevici" College in Chisinau.
The training sessions covered topics related to the functioning of the court informational system, in particular the application of the Integrated File Management Program, version 5.0 (PIGD 5.0) and the audio recording system FEMIDA.
The use of PIGD 5.0 simulator provided practical connotations for the lesson and contributed to a clearer understanding by the students of the role of the clerk in the electronic management of the trial process.
The training was facilitated by the NIJ trainer - Tatiana Ciaglic, the head of the E-training and Analysis section of the Centre for Legal Information within the National Institute of Justice.
The training activity was organized at the request of the "Alexei Mateevici" College in order to put into practice the theoretical knowledge accumulated by the future clerks in the course "The control of file management".
