Diana Scobioala, Director of the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), and Vitalie Sili, Rector of the National Institute of Intelligence and Security „Bogdan, Întemeietorul Moldovei” (NIIS), have signed today, October 11, 2021, an agreement that establishes a series of commitments of collaboration and mutual assistance in promoting quality training.
NIJ and NIIS - each responsible for the initial and continuous training of specialists in the legal field, respectively, in the field of ensuring national security - will cooperate in various aspects: organizing common training modules for their beneficiaries, sharing good practices, exchanging publications and scientific research, taking electronic courses, etc. The formalization of the partnership will strengthen the capacity of both institutions to provide legal training in line with relevant standards.
Also, NIJ and NIIS will initiate specific actions to expand the partnership with institutions that train specialists in related professions who are collaborating with intelligence and security officers and exponents of the national judicial system.
