During 2-3 June 2022, the employees of the National Institute of Justice attended a 2-days practical course on etiquette and institutional protocol, conducted by Ariana Dermenji, Master in International Law, author of the book "Institutional Protocol", which is the first practical guide written on this area in the Republic of Moldova.
During the training sessions, participants learned about the rules of conduct and greetings, protocol guidelines in organizing an event, rules related to employee's image, cultural differences existing in accordance with current institutional traditions and trends of the protocol, as well as of the diplomatic etiquette, etc.
The topics covered, specific cases and the examples provoked an interest from the staff members who were involved in interactive discussions. The gained skills during the course will be used for enhancing and strengthening the institutional image.
