The graduation exams for the candidates to the positions of judge and prosecutor who attended the initial training course between 2020 and 2022 have started today, 15 March 2022, at the National Institute of Justice.
The graduation session includes a written test, which will take place between 15 and 18 March 2022, and an oral test, scheduled for 24-28 March 2022. Within the written test, the candidates who aspire to get the diploma as a candidate to the position of judge will draft a judgment in a civil case and a conviction in a criminal case. The future prosecutors will draft an indictment and dismissal order of the criminal procedure. All the procedural documents will be drafted on the basis of real cases, randomly selected by the electronic system for each participant.
The second stage of the graduation exam will consist in the evaluation of the internship the candidates to the position of judge and prosecutor have completed during 25 weeks in courts, as well as in the prosecutor’s offices and criminal prosecution bodies.
Both written and oral tests will be audio and video recorded.
This year’s graduation exams are attended by 15 candidates to the position of judge and 20 candidates to the position of prosecutor.
