Trainee bailiffs have completed their initial training. The graduation ceremony took place on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at the National Institute of Justice.
Congratulatory messages and guidance were addressed to the recent graduates Interim Director of NIJ, Ecaterina Popa, President of the National Union of Bailiffs (UNEJ), Valeriu Devderea, President of the Graduation Commission, Petru Balan, and UNEJ Secretary General Oxana Novicov. In her speech, Ecaterina Popa wished success to the young professionals, noting that this is the first time that the National Institute of Justice, at the request of National Union of Bailiffs, has delivered initial paid training to trainee bailiffs.
Also, during the event, it was announced that the best students will be rewarded according to their merits. Thus, 15 trainees will receive scholarships from the National Union of Bailiffs. After obtaining the certificates attesting the initial training, the graduates, for 17 months, will carry out an internship at bailiffs according to the distribution of the National Union of Bailiffs Council.
We remind you that, between October 25 and November 25, 2021, 25 beneficiaries of the course were trained in several disciplines related to the profession of bailiff, and on December 1, they took the graduation exam. The initial training was aimed at training trainee bailiffs to ensure the legal application of court-issued provisions.
