The Director of the National Institute of Justice, Diana Scobioala, met on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Romania to the Republic of Moldova, His Excellency Daniel Ionita.
During the meeting, Diana Scobioala mentioned that the collaboration relations of the NIJ with the Romanian institutions, especially with the National Institute of Magistracy and the National School of Clerks, are of particular importance for their mutual development.
The NIJ Director also spoke about the way of operation of the National Institute of Justice and about the process of training of the future judges and prosecutors. In particular, Diana Scobioala referred to the transparency of the admission procedure for applicants attempting to become trainees, as well as to the practical training of candidates to the positions of judge and prosecutor and the integration of trial simulations in the initial training course.
We remind that His Excellency visited the National Institute of Justice to hold a public lesson for the candidates to the positions of judge and prosecutor.
