The cooperation of the National Institute of Justice with the legal and financial consulting company "Brodsky Uskov Looper Reed and Partners" was made official today, December 13, 2019, by signing a Collaboration Agreement by Diana Scobioala, Director of the NIJ, and Ruslan Uscov, Managing partner of the BULR.
The Agreement stipulates carrying out various extracurricular activities in order to promote the legal education among young professionals and to generate a competitive spirit between them. In this context, given the previous experience in organizing the National Contest of Young Lawyers and the impact that this activity has had on the target group and on the society as a whole, the Parties intend to organize this event annually.
Once entered into force, the document will provide real possibilities for both competitors and organizers to use modern teaching technologies, interactive and participatory methods, information technologies in the process of initiating, organizing and conducting the National Contest of Young Lawyers.
Between March 2-22, 2019, the National Institute of Justice hosted the 4th edition of the National Contest of Young Lawyers, organized in partnership by the legal and financial consulting company "Brodsky Uskov Looper Reed and Partners", the National Institute of Justice, ELSA Republic of Moldova and The American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova. At the contest enrolled 60 students from the law schools in the Republic of Moldova, of the license cycle, the master cycle, including graduates of 2018.
