On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, was held the first specialized workshop on the prevention of inappropriate behavior in the organizational environment. The training, facilitated by lawyer Vadim Vieru, has explored a complex issues and examples of discrimination and harassment, including aspects related to the identification, prevention and management of sensitive situations. Through interactive discussions, fundamental concepts, institutional mechanisms, ethical and legal dimensions of sexual harassment were analyzed.

The initiative will continue next week with a co-creation session that will generate an internal policy on this segment. It will develop a common vision reflecting the aspirations of the institution and will outline reporting procedures, investigation methods, protection measures for victims and witnesses, disciplinary sanctions and continuous training programs.

Through this initiative, the National Institute of Justice reaffirms its commitment to develop an academic and professional environment where diversity will be appreciated, human dignity will be respected and the principle of non-discrimination will be promoted.
