In order to get acquainted with the activity and the role of the NIJ within the justice system of the Republic of Moldova, on Monday, March 26, 2018, the National Institute of Justice was visited by a group of master students of the Moldova State University’ s Faculty of Law.
The host of the event, Diana Scobioala, the NIJ director, presented to the students the activity of the institute on the two main directions: initial training of the candidates to the positions of judge and prosecutor and the continuous training of acting judges and prosecutors, but also of other legal professionals. The students were interested in the admission procedure and requirements, in the benefits of the e-learning and electronic testing, but also in the initial training process of future judges and prosecutors.
In the frame of the discussions, Diana Scobioala highlighted the fact that, starting with 2020, the National Institute of Justice will become the single accession point in the profession of judge and prosecutor, and encouraged the young people to participate to the NIJ admission competition.
At the end, the students have visited the training rooms of the National Institute of Justice.
