The international conference "The practical implementation and the novelties of the insolvency law" is taking place online on Friday, October 30, 2020. The event aims to bring up discussions the most acute issues and challenges related to the application of the Insolvency Law, including the amendments that are in force since September 14, 2020.
In the opening spoke Roger Gladei, lawyer, Coordinating Partner of "Gladei and Partners", Diana Scobioala, Director of the National Institute of Justice, Vasile Vulpe, Head of the Economic Policy and Business Department of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, and Viorica Grecu, Director of the Lawyers Training Center.
The event is attended by judges, trainees of the National Institute of Justice - candidates to the position of judge, lawyers, representatives of academia and insolvency administrators. As speakers were invited insolvency specialists from development partners (World Bank), judges (from Moldova and USA), licensed administrators, lawyers and other practitioners (from Moldova and Romania).
The international conference "The practical implementation and the novelties of the insolvency law" is part of the training programs for judges and lawyers, being organized by “Juridice Moldova”, the National Institute of Justice and the Lawyers Training Center.
