The National Institute of Magistracy (INM) of Romania organized the seminar “Digital Training Tools / E-tools”, attended by the Head of the Legal Information Center, NIJ trainer, Tatiana Ciaglic, thanks to the project ”Strengthening the justice system by organizing expertise transfer missions addressed to judges and prosecutors from the Republic of Moldova”.
The professional development sessions, held between November 28-29, 2022, were delivered by NIM trainers and other experts in the field of adult training techniques. Learners were familiarized with digital training tools, e-learning resources and online learning platforms. They also assimilated the concept and structure of a ,,blended learning” model, combining the advantages of face-to-face training with those of distance learning, and addressing the main challenges in developing an online seminar.
The project ”Strengthening the justice system by organizing expertise transfer missions addressed to judges and prosecutors from the Republic of Moldova”, is implemented by the National Institute of Magistracy and National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, with the support of the Agency for International Development Cooperation (RoAid), under the coordination of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The cooperation directions of the project concern the involvement of trainers, judges and prosecutors from the Republic of Moldova in professional development activities organized by the NIM, study visits to institutions within the Romanian judicial system, as well as the invitation as experts of NIM trainers to trainings for Moldovan magistrates.
