The competition for the vacancy position of NIJ Director: closing of the application phase

The Council of the National Institute of Justice has announced on December 10, 2024, a competition for the vacant position of Director of the National Institute of Justice. The deadline for receipt of applications lasted 30 working days and three candidates were registered:

1. Natalia Balaban, Bachelor Degree in Law, Master Degree in Law, Master Degree in Economics, Master Degree in International Business Administration;
2. Anatolie Munteanu, Bachelor Degree in Law, Master Degree in Criminal Law;
3. Ramona Victoria Strugariu, Bachelor Degree in Law, Master Degree in European Law.

Next, the Council of the National Institute of Justice will meet to examine the submitted applications and, depending on its admissibility, will set the date, time and place of the interview.

The competition for position of Director shall be conducted in accordance with the Law no. 152-XVI of 08.06.2006 on the National Institute of Justice and the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the competition for the position of Director of the National Institute of Justice.
