The 3rd Meeting of the South East Europe Network of Judicial Training Institutions "Rule of Law at the heart of enlargement process – regional cooperation” took place in Zagreb, Croatia on 21-22 November 2018.
The event brought together representatives of judicial training institutions and the legal system from several countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia, Kosovo, the Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, the Republic of Turkey and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova was represented by the trainee Cristina Novac, a candidate for the position of prosecutor.
During the meeting, various aspects of the rule of law were discussed as a sine qua non condition for economic and political stability, regional cooperation in the field of judicial training and the sharing of good practice on this segment, the process of selection and evaluation of trainers, as well as cooperation between judicial training institutions in the creation, approval and evaluation of training programs and activities.
The Meeting of the South East Europe Network of Judicial Training Institutions "Rule of Law at the heart of enlargement process – regional cooperation” was organized under the aegis of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC).
