The meeting took place in the context of the implementation of the commitments set out in the Memorandum of Understanding signed earlier this year between NIJ and SSM. The main objective of this cooperation is to develop training activities according to the current needs of the justice system in the Republic of Moldova, which will provide representatives from the legal field with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully deal with complex ethical and professional situations in their work. Thus, during the meeting was addressed the topic of organizing trainings aimed at ethics, discipline, integrity, independence and professional obligations under the distinctive light of the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.
Both sides expressed their firm commitment to ensuring the quality and relevance of these trainings in order to contribute significantly to the continued development of legal frameworks and the promotion of fair and effective justice in our country.
