Today, February 23, 2023, the Memorandum of understanding between the National Institute of Justice and the National Training Center „Moldinsolv” was concluded. The act that formalizes the cooperation between the two institutions was signed by Ecaterina Popa, ad interim director of the NIJ and Irina Selevestru, president of the NTC „Moldinsolv”.
The purpose of the Memorandum of understanding is to establish the framework for operational cooperation in order to design and carry out joint actions for representatives of the justice system. Thus, there will be organized activities for initial training for the NIJ trainees, for continuous training of judges in office, as well as insolvency practitioners, on topics of common interest.
After signing the Memorandum, the parties discussed the topics of future seminars, including paid courses, which will be held in a mixed format for judges and insolvency administrators, with the involvement of trainers and joint experts. Another topic approached during the meeting was the need to develop teaching materials, in particular to make a comment on the insolvency Law, which will be useful both to the beneficiaries of the National Institute of Justice and the National Training Center „Moldinsolv”.
