Between 10 and 11 March 2022, six trainers of the National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova participate in the regional course dedicated to the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP Programme) of the Council of Europe. Among beneficiaries of the training are also judges, prosecutors, lawyers and other legal professionals from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
The training program aims to familiarise participants with the HELP methodology - a tool that helps to develop, adapt to the national legal system and implement e-learning courses, according to the principles of adult training -, as well as developing skills in using the HELP platform. In order to obtain certification as national HELP tutors, participants will have to complete a final task during two weeks for assessing their ability to apply the HELP methodology and platform.
The event is organized as part of the project "HELP implementing the ECHR in Eastern Partnership countries", funded by the United Kingdom Government and carried out by the Council of Europe.
