These days, the National Institute of Justice is carrying out several actions within the global campaign "16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence". As a sign of solidarity with the victims of gender-based violence, today, December 4th, 2020, the trainees of the National Institute of Justice - candidates to the positions of judge and prosecutor, symbolically have decorated the fir trees in the courtyard of the institution with orange ribbons. Orange is the color of the international campaign whose motto is "Orange the world: Fund, Respond, Prevent, Collect!".
The "16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence" campaign runs annually from November 25, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, until December 10, International Human Rights Day. During this period, various actions are taking place around the world to inform and raise public awareness about gender-based violence.
