On April 17, 2019, the trainees of the National Institute of Justice, candidates to the position of judge and prosecutor, attended the public lecture "Interprofessional Dialogue between Prosecutors, Judges and Lawyers", held by the General Prosecutor, Eduard Harunjen.
The theme of the lecture focused on the importance of the dialogue between the three professions: judge, prosecutor and lawyer who, although have different roles in the judicial process, have common goals: protecting human rights and ensuring that the judicial system functions transparently and effectively.
In the activity, the trainees got acquainted with the provisions regarding the ethical conduct of prosecutors, judges and lawyers, both at national and international level, as well as with the practical aspects related to the attributions of the prosecutor profession.
The subject raised interest from the future prosecutors and judges who asked questions and had the opportunity to exchange views on the issues addressed.
