The National Institute of Justice has successfully implemented the integrated quality management system obtaining three certificates in accordance with the requirements of the international standards SM SR EN ISO 9001: 2016 / ISO 9001: 2015; SM ISO 29990: 2016; ISO 21001: 2018.
The certificates are valid for the following scope and type of activity: Initial training for candidates to the positions of judge and prosecutor, continuous training for judges and prosecutors, court clerks, judicial assistants, heads of court chancelleries, prosecutor’s consultants, probation officers, attorneys involved in state-guaranteed legal assistance and other individuals who act in the area of justice.
The certificates of conformity of the quality management system were issued to the National Institute of Justice on March 20, 2019 as a result of the external audit carried out by CERTIND, a certification body in Romania.
The obtained certificates confirm that the quality management system related to the training activities provided by the National Institute of Justice to its beneficiaries are in line with the requirements set out in the international standards SM ISO 21001: 2018 Educational organizations. Management systems for educational organizations; SM ISO 29990: 2016 Learning services for non-formal education and training; SM EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality management.
