On the occasion of the National Day of Culture and on Mihai Eminescu's birthday, the National Institute of Justice promotes values other than legal ones. On January 15, 2019, the unique institution in the country that trains judges and prosecutors, hosted the launch of two volumes written by the academician Gheorghe Baciu, "Mihai Eminescu: Realities and Errors" and "Ten Remarkable People of the Nation".
Near the author, at the event participated and other representatives of the law system, academia, doctors and personalities of cultural life. The literary critic Vitalie Raileanu, Director of the Onisifor Ghibu Library moderated the discussion on the two launched volumes.
At the opening, Diana Scobioala, Director of the National Institute of Justice, emphasized the importance of the documentary information obtained from the book "Ten Remarkable People of the Nation" on the history of the edifice where the future judges and prosecutors are studying. Referring to the volume "Mihai Eminescu: Realities and Errors", Diana Scobioala remarked, "I am convinced that this book will raise the interest not only of literary critics, but also forensic experts and perhaps stimulate specialized researches and will stir up debates that will lead to the knowledge of the truth. "

Testimitanu", Igor Dolea, Doctor habilitatus in Law, university professor, ex-judge of the Constitutional Court, Liviu Belai, writer and journalist, Andrei Padure, Head of the Legal Medicine Department of USMF "N.Testimitanu", Ion Mereuta, Doctor habilitatus in Medical Sciences, Aurelian Batranac, Doctor in Medical Sciences, Grigore Moga, Deputy Head of the General Directorate of Investigation of the General Inspectorate of Police, Viorel Prisacaru, Doctor habilitatus in Medicine, university professor, etc.
The event culminated in an autograph session offered by the author to his readers.
The academician Gheorghe Baciu, Doctor habilitatus in Medical Sciences, laureate of the National Health Prize (2017), successfully combines medical, didactic, scientific and publishing activities, being the author of over 650 publications, of which, about 30 are books.
