Today, December 7, 2018, the Director of the National Institute of Justice, Diana Scobioala, had a meeting with Fernando Dancausa, Senior Financial Sector Specialist at World Bank, and Roger Gladei, lawyer, consultant in the project on strengthening the insolvency field.
The main topic discussed by the two sides was the eventual collaboration in organizing trainings for judges examining insolvency files, as well as judges interested in this field.
In this context, Diana Scobioala, the NIJ Director, spoke about the training process of the beneficiaries of the National Institute of Justice, in particular on the continuous training of judges and prosecutors in office, as well as on the Modular Plan for Continuous Training of judges and prosecutors for 2019, recently approved by the NIJ Council. Also, Mrs. Director mentioned that in order of correct application of new amendments of the law, there could be organized in partnership training sessions on insolvency.
From the National Institute of Justice, have also attended the meeting Valentina Contescu, Advisor to the Director, and Alexandra Nica, Head of the Training and Research department.
