On the occasion of the Centenary of the Great Union, the National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova together with the National Institute of Magistracy in Romania have prepared for editing the collection of articles "Unification of legislation and functioning of the judicial system after the Great Union of 1918".
The volume was published by the Universul Juridic Publishing House in Bucharest and it contains 13 articles devoted largely to the problems and successes registered in the field of the integration of the judiciary from the three provinces in the Romanian space and the consolidation of the rule of law within the Greater Romania. The authors of the articles are the trainees of the National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova and the trainees of the National Institute of Magistracy in Romania - participants of the essay contest "Integration of legal institutions following the 1918 Union in the interwar period", which took place in Chisinau, on 28-29 June 2018.
The edition was presented to the public by Diana Scobioala, the Director of the National Institute of Justice, at the "Centenary of the Great Union - a history of modern justice, from National Unity to European diversity" conference, which took place on 16 November 2018, at the National Union Museum in Alba Iulia, Romania.
