On Wednesday, 11th, July 2018, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of France to the Republic of Moldova, E.S. Pascal Le Deunff paid a courtesy visit to the National Institute of Justice.
On this occasion, Director of the National Institute of Justice, Diana Scobioala also took the time to congratulate E.S. Pascal Le Deunff for his appointment as Ambassador of France to Chișinău, wishing him success in fulfilling his mandate.
During the meeting, Diana Scobioala reviewed the changes taking place in the training activities of NIJ beneficiaries, including the adaptation of the study plans to the practical training of the audience and the integration of the process simulations during the initial training course; as well as the reforming of continuous training programs conducted in accordance with the training needs of judges, prosecutors and other actors in the justice sector.
In turn, E.S. Pascal Le Deunff has expressed his readiness to support the National Institute of Justice in the training of future judges and prosecutors, so that NIJ candidates can benefit from French courses and conduct internships in French courts and prosecutors offices.
In the end, the parties agreed on stepping up cooperation on training, as well as organizing actions involving the National Institute of Justice.
