The Journal of the National Institute of Justice was registered in 2007 as a scientific, practical, informative and legal publication. By the Decision no. 3 of January 30, 2014 "On the results of evaluation and classification of scientific journals", the Supreme Council for Science and Technological Development of the ASM and the National Council for Accreditation and Attestation decided: "To be included in the list of Category „C” the Journal of the National Institute of Justice, founder: National Institute of Justice, field of law". As a scientific publication, The Journal of the National Institute of Justice is meant to reflect the modern scientific phenomenon and its development, to promote valuable fundamental and applied researches for their practical implementation in the field of law.

The National Institute of Justice, the founder and publisher of the publication, supports the Open Access policy and undertakes the obligation to provide access to the "Journal of the National Institute of Justice", which is a scientific publication with Open Access, being an alternative for publishing and promoting scientific results in the field of law.

Scientific papers are subject to a double and blind review.

There is no remuneration for publishing articles or for reviewing them.

All content of the National Institute of Justice Journal is indexed and archived in the National Bibliometric Instrument. At the same time the Journal of the National Institute of Justice is included in HeinOnline, DOAJ  and Copernicus (ICV 2018 = 77.07) databases.

               

The Journal of the National Institute of Justice is distributed free of charge, first of all - to all Moldovan courts and prosecutors' offices, to national and international scientific centers.

Publication conditions

The authors will comply with the criteria set out in the Regulation on the Evaluation and Classification of Scientific Journals, approved by the Decision of CSŞDT of the AŞM no. 196 of 18.10.2012 and the Guide on the PhD Thesis and Self-Referencing, approved by the CNAA Attestation Commission's Decision, no. AT03 / 11 of April 23, 2009.
