The Supreme Council of Magistrates  www.csm.md
The Supreme Council of Magistrates contributes essentially to the identification of the development priorities of the NIJ through appointment of 7 judges to the Council of the NIJ. In addition, the SCM approves the draft of the strategy for the initial and continuous training of judges, as elaborated by the NIJ, determines the number of vacancies for the initial training courses for judges. The NIJ and the SCM identify priority areas for the continuous training of judges. The SCM seconds the judges to the NIJ for their training.

The General Prosecutor’s Office  www.procuratura.md
Similarly, the General Prosecutor’s Office contributes to the identification of the development priorities of the NIJ through appointment of 4 prosecutors to the Council of the NIJ. As per the provisions of Art. 4 of the Law on the NIJ, the NIJ coordinates with the General Prosecutor’s Office the draft of the training study program for the initial and continuous training of the candidate for the positions of prosecutors and for the actual prosecutors. The GPO determines the number of vacancies for the initial training courses for prosecutors.  The NIJ and the GPO identify priority areas for the continuous training of prosecutors. The GPO seconds the prosecutors to the NIJ for their training.

The NIJ cooperates with the SCJ for the purposes of identification of the subject-matters for the continuous training of the judges. A lot of judges at the SCJ act as trainers with the NIJ.

The NIJ coordinates with the MJ the draft plan for initial training of the enforcement officers, probation officers, court clerks and mediators.
