Final stage of INJ admission: oral test for selected candidates

At the National Institute of Justice, the second stage of the admission exam for the initial training course for the candidates to the position of judges and prosecutors has started.

After the written test has been completed, as well as additional integrity checks carried out by the relevant institutions, the selected candidates will take part in the oral test, which will be organized from September 30 to October 3.

The competitors have to analyze two cases each in the fields of civil law, civil procedural law, administrative law, administrative procedural law, criminal law, criminal procedural law, with human rights aspects. The selection of cases with individual tasks is done electronically, randomly, excluding the possibility of repetition for other participants.

Each competitor has 30 minutes to prepare the answer and up to 30 minutes to present in front of the two specialized admissions panels.

To ensure transparency, the oral test is audio and video recorded.

This year, the Council of the National Institute of Justice, in accordance with the decisions of the Superior Council of Magistracy and the Superior Council of Prosecutors on the number of places, has organized an admission competition for 25 places for candidates to the position of judge and 25 places for candidates to the position of prosecutor.
