During September 29-30, 2022, in Prague, in hybrid format, was held the conference “New approaches in the training offered by EJTN training institutions” organized by the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) and the Czech Academy of Justice under the auspices of the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the schools of magistracy within the Network. The National Institute of Justice of the Republic of Moldova being represented by Cezara-Elena Polisca, advisor to the Director of the National Institute of Justice and head of the Didactics, Methodological and Training of Trainers Section.
The event served as a platform to facilitate the exchange of experiences and best practices for promptly adaptation to the challenges of the time. Thus, during the plenary sessions and workshops were discussed various issues related to the evolution of judicial training, methodological and interactive tools, even digital and e-learning tools, factors that increase the effect of newly acquired knowledge and skills, learning objectives of a course by applying the ABCD model in reference to behavior verb (Bloom's Taxonomy) and the context of the Kirkpatrick's evaluation scheme, etc.
